Shipping & Returns Policy – HONEYBEE

Thank you for shopping at HONEYBEE. Each item in our collection is made with love and care. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping and returns.
Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Each HONEYBEE item is hand-printed and carefully prepared by using a professional heat press. Because everything is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship all orders via DHL. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within the Netherlands. Delivery times for international orders may vary.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the destination country and the weight of your order. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €45.
5. Shipping Area
Currently, we ship within Europe and selected international destinations. If you are located outside these areas and would like to place an order, feel free to contact us.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel via DHL’s tracking service.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Although we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, HONEYBEE is not responsible for delays caused by DHL or circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
2. Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Undergarments or intimate items for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged or altered by the customer
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through the contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once approved, ship the item(s) back with a copy of your invoice.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Sale Items
Items bought on sale or during promotions may be returned or exchanged under specific conditions. Please refer to the promotion terms for more details.
